Initially there was a GD wherein, a puzzle was given to all the group members and were asked to discuss and give an answer. They also gave some relevant and irrelevant hints. Then there was the Interview round for those who were selected in the GD round. I was selected..In the interview round they asked me my areas of interest. I mentioned Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management. They said they were generic topics that every one will know. Then I told them i am good even in materials and thermodynamics too. However, they asked me questions from Lean Manufacturing. I answered them all and finally they said my nterests were not mechanical related and so they were not going to select me.

First, there was an online test consisting of aptitude and technical questions. Then few students were shortlisted for interview. Mechanical engineering and electrical engineering were eligible for this role. I belong to EEE background and interview was purely technical. Questions were focused on fundamentals.
