Got the interview through contact. I mailed my resume and i was called for the interview a week after. The GM directly interviewed me. He asked both technical and HR questions.

There was a technical MCQ test for 45 minutes and a aptitude test for 30 minutes and the students selected in this go to the GD(group discussion).After this the remaining selected students go to the interview round it has both technical interview and hr interview.

Eu preenchi o meu curriculo e fiz uma prova multipla escolha de ingles. Eu fui Rejeitado pelo ingles mesmo sendo fluente no idioma. Nao deu para prosseguir com a entrevista, mas achei estranho.

It is a very interesting Interview Process for Campus Recruitment. I gave interview in 2014 from Pune (Pool Campus Between COEP and AIT). It was a 2 Day Process which included 2 rounds of Aptitude, and interesting GD with Fictional Based Topic to confuse everyone followed by 2 sets of Interview. Once Selected, We were Called in Chennai for the Final Interview and Selection. We were also given Case Studies to Prepare before our Final round. It was a good experience for me.
