I was contacted by their recruiter on Hired.com. They would contact me and then not follow-up with me as plan for a few days, etc. I spoke to their recruiter who explained to me where the company was and who they were looking for. The recruiter was not very good at what he did and could not really sell me the job very well. At the end of the call, I was told that someone would schedule a phone screen with me and I did not hear back from them for 10 days. At that point i just gave up on them. I was mostly interviewing to improve my interviewing skills.
