They don't know what they are doing or looking for
They asked questions that doesn't make any sense during the interview like the data that will be required to pay a fine and I said I need to do a research first which is totally normal to do as a UI/UX designer but he kept repeating the same questions and trying really hard to get a specific answer that requires a research first and after that they asked me about the current company in a way that means they suspect that I don't work at all and I'm faking it

Questions about input fields and flows that they believe it should be memorized which is insane to memorize it should be done after a proper research

Entretien
It was a good process not bad, but the last interview was ridiculous based on its questions. General questions and the interviewer don't know about the field well because the interviewer was a programmer LOL.
