I had a 30 minute interview with two people from the Saha team. It didn't seem really stressful and they were really helpful in answering my questions. After that an offer was made and I had two weeks to decide on taking the position.

There was a very straight forward online application. I was then contacted to set up a phone interview with two Saha team members. It all was very straight forward. I really liked how forthcoming they were in answering questions that I had. They also were very through in explaining the role in Ghana.
