Initial video interview with recruiter. Second interview with panel. A lot of situational questions. There was not a conversational feel to the interview. Back-to-back technical questions. My takeaway is that the department leads were all relatively new to the company and I couldn't gauge the company's true culture because of it's very "young" team.
