I met with one of the VPs during a school informational session. I was later invited to their office for two interviews one with the same VP and other with COO. Both the interviews were kinda usual tell me about yourself and past experience related. Had good conversations during both the interviews, but when I followed up about the result, haven't heard back at all! It was a bad experience. It wouldn't cost you a few bytes of data to respond back to candidates who drove all the way to interview and learn more about the company. Sharing your feedback even if you decide not to hire them will go a long way! Another bummer, during my interview I also realized that they pay below MBA standards. I would not recommend wasting time on this firm.
