I had actually initially applied for an Editorial role, but the internal HR assistant asked me whether I'd be interested in this role instead, because it seemed there were more synergies in my profile. She was incredibly intuitive as my 1st stage telephone interview was really useful. The Sales Manager whom I interviewed with was fantastic, she really understood my concerns and explained the pros and cons of the role honestly. 2nd stage was a face-to-face at their offices, which was preempted by a task which needed to be completed in advance. The interview was with the Senior Sales Manager and the Sales Manager via teleconference. They were both open and engaging and really helpful. The exercise I'd completed was discussed in detail, with regard to my reasoning and strategy.
