the interview started with a gd or a group discussion. Then there was a presentation on the topic SAGE and me which is followed by a tele phonic interview. After clearing all these called for personal interview where there was three levels of personal interviiew and then selections was finally done

Entretien
The interview is the last hurdle before securing an offer. It is kept short for an entry level position, mainly trying to understand the individual's strengths and motivations. The interview is held to gauge how you would react to certain situations, people, and problems. A recap of skills is required. Memorise your resume well.
