Process contains 3 rounds starting with virtual technical round with L2 analyst they will test your knowledge on siem, alert triage, real time scenarios etc. 2nd round will be with onsite France L3 team which is mixture of technical and managerial questions more like of discussion round they taste your ability and communication skills. Final round will be in person with Safran CIO most likely normal discussion about your background and experience along with salary discussion.
