Applied online. Also stopped in to actual store to drop off resume. Store staff gave me the Hiring coordinator's phone number. I called her and after she briefly pulled up my application, decided to give me a on the spot phone interview. This lasted about 45 minutes. Went over resume and past work experiences, was asked a bunch of basic questions ....what was the most challenging aspect of last position? How would you handle issues with coworkers? Best qualities/worst qualities. Couple situational questions - if you were in this situation, what would you do? How would you handle? After phone interview they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with the Regional Pharmacy Manager. I met him a day or two later at the Pharmacy and we walked to a little cafe down the block to get some lunch and have the interview. Very laid back and comfortable. He did a lot of talking while I ate, then I told him again about my experiences and "future goals." After about 30 mins we walked back over to get a tour of the Pharmacy and meet the other employees. I went home and was called that evening, so about 3 hours later, and was offered the job. Very well paid salary for Pharmacists ...good amount more than I had been paid on the East coast
