I applied online, and they didn't call me back until I began bugging the hiring manager in person. A few days after approaching her I got an interview, and she was like "yeah I totally want to hire you but I'll get in trouble if I hire more people" and didn't receive a job offer. Well she got fired, and a new hiring manager came along. So I applied again, and bugged her, and got an interview. And she was like "yeah you're exactly what we're looking for" ... and pretty much never heard from them again after I walked out the door, even with a followup on the interview thanking her for my time and expressing my interest.

In store, we sat down and they asked about my previous work experience and a few other questions. One interview and then a training day with computer modules before starting

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
