It was super easy. Applied online and went into the store ALOT. My interviewer was 45 minutes late. They ask basic customer service questions and then do a mouth swab drug test right there. The SPOILER here is that they don't hire you based on your interview. When you come in for your interview they already know who they are hiring and where they are putting them in the store. Corporate decides all of this before you walk through the door. They are essentially mock interviews. I saw this whole process unfold when I worked there. It's a little creepy.
