I got an email from HR talent acquisition if I would be available sometime for a chat. I replied with my availability. I was then called by HR for an initial phone screening. She asked about my skills, and general information found in my resume. It wasn't a long interview just around 5-10 minutes. She said if I am short listed I will be notified . After a dew days I received an email If I could come in for an in person interview with pharmacist at the store I applied to. The pharmacist asked about my availability and work experience. She also asked what I knew about Safeway, and general skills related to pharmacy assistant role. There was also a drug and skills test after the in person interview. I passed the test. And then they asked for my references. They contacted my reference after a few days. After a week, I got a call and job offer. The hiring process went pretty well. I didn't have to follow up. Generally it was a smooth interview and hiring process.

Very simple interview, asked me basic work history,availability, work hours, experience, and went over basic company policy questions (accommodation,if I have worked there before) Gave me a question on a customer interaction.
