I had arrived and was greeted at the front desk. I was provided a script (which im guessing was their phone script) and was informed to become familiar with it. A red flag went off that this is a call center job. I later reveiew the job descriptions and came under the assumption that they did say it was a call center job without saying it was a fast paced call center job. Anyways, i had spent close to 40 mins total in the building... w/o going through the interview. A man had came and greeted me and i followed him around for about 30 mins searching cubicle to cubicle for a computer we could use. Then following went to a different floor and finally found a desk after 30 mins. We then continued to for his system to load. He then started a icebreaker (keep in mind all i got from him from the prior 30 mins was his name and a repative "sorry") about the position. I had asked him about benefits and he said that there are 10 days of vacation and 3 personal days. Also no body that works has 2 consecutive days off(friday, saturday nope. Sunday, monday nope.) I then told him at that point i would not be accepting the position and he walked me out and said"sorry for wasting your time."

Easy they just ask about your job history and ask you to read a script to them verbatim to make sure you can work in call center environment. They have you fill out an online quiz that is easy and an application.

The interview process started with a phone screen, followed by a one on one interview. After a brief CBT I was given the following assessment:"Here: take a few minutes to go over this script. When your ready I'll have you read it aloud."

Was contacted by a recruiter with Safelite who recommended I apply to the position. Once I applied, I received a call back 30 minutes later. Set up the interview for the next day. Interviewer was 30 minutes late.
Checked in to the front desk and was given a Verbal Script. Walked straight to a desk within the call center to do an assessment (basically to see if you can retain information and use a computer.) After the assessment, the interviewer acted as a customer while I recited the script given to me. I have 5 years of call center experience, so this was nothing new and no problem for me. Interviewer then asked typical interview questions (listed below.) You are expected to do the training for the Claims Adjuster license on your own time, not at work. Apparently, this is also quite extensive.
*I recommend reading other reviews for interviews and employees of this position as well, they are accurate. *
Posted as a full-time position, but not. The hours are 5 days a week, no consecutive days off. One 8.5-hour day and four 6.5 days (so you get one lunch for 30 minutes only on your 8.5-hour day... then two 20-minute breaks.) So that's barely 35 hours a week, just under full time (probably so they don't need to provide benefits.)
Received a copy/paste email stating they are moving forward with other candidates with no other explanation. Honestly surprised I was declined, but also relieved as I'm over qualified for the position and have other offers from companies making a significant amount more.
