The hiring process includes one written test which comprises of MCQ on apptitude and a designing problem. It is an elimination round. Once written test is cleared, one has to go through 2-3 rounds of technical interviews followed by Managerial and directorial round.

It was one of toughest but same time interesting interviews I faced, 1 there was a technical round and quite lengthy around 1 and half hour. But questions were mostly on technology which has been written in CV. They did not focus on syntax or routine questions instead they were looking on problem solving approach. 2nd found with director of technology and in this round focus were on behavioral skills. Then HR round was more about salary negotiation and verifying that if you are not an over aggressive person. Finally in some other day there was board meeting round with on shore team as my role demand day to day working with them. Once I cleared that I got offer
