I was initially contacted by a recruiter. She was very friendly and ask me several questions focused on my career aspirations. She also explained the interview process and answered questions about the company. She then passed my name and contact info (with my permission of course) onto one of their senior level project managers who conducted a pre interview over the phone. We discussed my PM experience and skills. I was then called in for an in person interview.
