The interview process was a written one. Although the questions were technology aligned, they were targeted to systems in Safaricom which was biased only to people with idea of the systems.

Entretien
Was an ok process. Took about 1 month for the whole process to complete. There were IQ tests, written technical tests, group interviews and panel interview by the technical and hr. Called on phone and provided the offer. All in all was an ok experience, though lately the process has been prolonged to meet even the top management.
