1 phone interview, 1 video interview, 1 group video interview. All spread out over 1 month with no communication from the hiring manager for status updates even with follow up emails. Group interview seemed disinterested to speak, share information, and ask questions. One long-term employee appeared bored from the start and barely spoke. Hiring manager had stressed her value for communication skills in the candidates yet she was 100% the opposite without responding to emails. It took an email to the executive leadership to get the hiring manager to respond. This is not a good sign of a hiring manager / leader of a team.
