The interview process was good, and very professional. I applied online and then received a phone call a few days later to schedule an interview. After that, we had a phone interview to determine if I was a fit for the company and if the company was a fit for me
I had to take a written english language test and they asked me to respond to a customer complaint email. Had a short interview with the recruiter. Everything took place on site

they seem to really need bilingual people and will put you in the bilingual que and switch you back to english when they are busy. the policy on being on time with your adherence is not human made
