Went smoothly, had the meeting with the Vice President (my eventual supervisor) and another employee (who was outside sales). They were hiring for inside sales because the only two young Americans they had were outside sales, and they did not have time to do all the things the company wanted them to do. The interview was primarily in Japanese (which was fine for me, and they do speak English) and I was shown the company standards, the growth, the product itself, and how the business was run.
