Interview process was very lengthy, not fully considerate of individuals that had to take time off from current job. Lengthy interview process was only partially communicated via the job posting.
general resume application followed by a 50 minute phone interview. the questions were designed to assess focus towards diversity and inclusion, while also analyzing ability to work through problems. very in depth interview with complex questions. I was told to wait for a response that would come within 7 hours that determined if I would receive a final interview in front of a large collection of the company. I waited a couple days before following up to check in. I never heard back from the company, despite being promised an update in the following days from the first interview.
