The first round was a conversation with HR where the goal was to go over my resume/qualifications. Very general behavioral questions. “Tell me about a project you owned fully”, It also sounded like they really like my leadership experiences and asked me more questions about that. “How do you structure your teams to maximize outcome?”. The interview was extremely relaxed with the questions being smoothly introduced rather than reading off of a sheet of paper. I don't believe there were any technical questions in this portion.
The second round was with an engineer, likely someone who would have been my manager. I think this depends on the person you get, but for me it was straight into "tell me about a time you had to deal with ambiguity on a technical project". No introductions just straight questions. All of it was about my resume, also no technical questions at all.
