Went through a phone screen, 2nd phone screen, in-person interview, and then final phone screen. Throughout each step, the recruiter let me know next steps until the final phone screen. After following up 3 times, the recruiter never responded. I expected at least we did not select you but radio silence was not the proper treatment to receive after spending a large amount fo time interviewing.
