Withdrew my application as the interview process didn't make me feel safe about this school. The HR asked me to apply for a specific role which wasn't what I was looking for. After filling out a long application with multiple essay questions, I was expected to prepare a lesson plan and give a mock lesson to a panel of interviewers. They also requested 3 references. The whole process was rushed and stressful as if they just wanted to pressure someone to fill a vacancy as quickly as possible. Although they sounded nice and encouraging, it didn't feel right from the beginning.
