The interviewer called me, it was pretty standard and he was very polite. It was kind of a drawn out interview and we talked about the same things over and over. The interview was tiring and requires you to know a lot about the company and the specifics of their field. He offered me the job on the spot.

Brief phone interview that covered my professional background, interests and reasons for wanting to work at the company. Overall, the interview was quite easy and quick and was more about introducing me to what Steele does than learning about me. What was annoying was the lag time between the phone interview and the training process. It took me a solid month before they started my training process. After that, it took another 3-4 months to get through the full training process, which was absolutely ridiculous. And the various supervisors that I had were fairly rude and condescending about my abilities along the way.
