Applied online, was quickly invited to submit a one way on screen video interview. Felt that it was a bit premature, feel that this company is very spam like, and rushed in their recruitment, not a whole lot of genuine interaction going on.

I responded to an advertisement on a job search website and the next day received an email asking about a phone interview. After confirming the phone interview date and time, I had the phone interview the next day. Two days later I had an in-person interview where I was asked a few questions and had to do a role-play. I got an e-mail later that date saying that they had a job offer for me. The whole process took about one week.
