After applying for the position, HR had setup the first round of interview very quickly. The interviewer asked basic questions related to Statistics, SAS and manuscript writing. The job profile is basically demanding for protocol writing and good understanding of study designs. Overall experience was good.

They set up the first round interview (phone) in 3 days. There were basic behavior questions with human resource hiring manager. The second interview set up in one week(skype)with a team leader. She asked some questions related to research experience and statistics.
