Talent reps/HR staff were very pleasant and informative about the position during the phone interview. Face to face interview was professional, yet casual. The clinic manager was easy to talk to. I felt less nervous.

Initially had phone interview with recruiter then in person with the Team Manager. Did a tour of the location that I was applying and discussed the requirements for the position.

Entretien
The process begins with a reach out for a phone interview. Once completed, all information is sent to the hiring manager at the facility. They then reach out to schedule an in-person interview. After such is don, they e-mail you a link to fill out a form for references. So long as they get the amount of references response, within a week, you may receive a call for a position to be hired.
