The process took about 3 weeks overall. I applied through LinkedIn. I interview within a week. It took about 2 weeks to hear back about the job. One thing that is odd to me is asking for 5 references. The other part is the pre-employment screening. I was an out of state candidate and had to travel specifically to have my immunization records reviewed and the drug screen. To me the drug screen and immunization screening could be done remotely.

Application was submitted, a phone interview was conducted, followed by a face to face interview. The offer was place, then accepted. A background check was done and also a drug screen after acceptance of the offer.
