First, there was a phone screen with recruiter. He asked general questions about my work history. This was followed by an in person interview with two contact center managers. They asked more detailed questions about how I would handle specific situations, or specific situations I have dealt with in the past. There was nothing that was out of the ordinary as far as their line of questioning. The interview took about 45 min. Following the interview I sat with a team lead while she walked me through some of the tasks I would be performing on the job.
