I met Kinsley at a career fair held at Maryville University. She was so nice and very informative! I applied online for the job and she called me within a day to set up a phone screen. After the phone screen, we set up a time for an in person interview with the nurse manager. The nurse manager asked two of the nurses on the floor if they could be part of a peer interview with me. Kinsley called me a couple of days later to tell me that the manager offered me the job.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
