Applied online. HR contacted me a month later (she though position had been filled but it hadn't yet). Very friendly and casual. Set up on-site interview with manager and then peer interview. Very informal. Asked some questions that were difficult/put me on the spot with peers, but overall fine experience. Seems like a great company, a lot of support for new grads! Ultimately didn't accept offer due to relocation to another area.

Applied on their website -> scheduled a recruiter interview and it lasted 60 seconds-> director interview with 2 people -> peer panel interview -> offer or no offer. A pretty simple easy process.
Phone screening with Human Resources followed by virtual interview with hiring manager. This was followed by in person tour of clinic and secondary interview with manager and other clinic manager, was offered job on the spot.
