Phone interview with several management figures followed by an introductory meeting with the same management figures. The questions about skills and experience were relatively easy to answer and the experience questions were not extensive because the company was hiring fresh college graduates.

You must polish your CV and make sure you list the specific technical experience in projects as will get judged by the number of months getting specific skill for example, developer in abc project for x months in technologies xyz.
