J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SSA & Company (Charlottesville, VA) en oct. 2025
Entretien
1st round: Zoom
2nd round: Take-home technical assignment
3rd&4th+: I have not done any yet, but from what I heard from an associate is that the 3rd round is another Zoom interview/behavioral and then the final round you fly to their office, do a presentation, and then behaviorals

Applied in Jan 2023, heard back pretty quick - Screening chat with the recruiter which went well - First case interview, was about cost reduction and was fairly easy. The interviewer was very approachable - Excel test which was hard to finish on time - Take-home case assignment for which I had to make slides for a client and how SSA can help. I got rejected after that, but was told there was a CEO chat as a final step I personally feel I had included a lot of analysis for the case assignment, but received the feedback that I could go more in-depth. Felt like they needed free labor to use in their pitches/business development. I don't think anyone should be spending 40 hours a week on a case assignment, especially when there are so many steps to the interview process that lasted two months.
