Took a while between applying and being contacted. There was an online aptitude/screening test. I first interviewed with a member of HR, then with two managers of the team I would be working on.

Describe a difficult situation on your last job and how you handled it.
Phone interview to start. If they like you, you will get a second interview with the hiring manager. There might be a 3rd interview depending on the position. Entry level should not worry.
