A couple of days later I had the phone interview and was then invited on-site for a face-to-face interview consisting on two rounds with two people each. The first round of the interview rubbed me the wrong way as the two interviewers started to have a conversation with each other as if I wasn't sitting there; very rude. Glad that I haven't heard anything back from them because that type of company culture is not something I want to be around long-term.
