Entretien
During covid process, so the phone interview was skipped and went straight to a zoom interview, speed dating like, when you interview with multiple people and they all asked a question. Most questions were behavioral: what would you do if you had a customer who was hard at hearing or hard to understand? What would SRP be missing out on if we didn't hire you? Name a time you received great customer service and what made it so impactful? There was a total of 12 questions. The next day I received a phone call to set up a time to go get drug tested and now I'm currently waiting to hear back from that to see what the next step is. Hope this helped :)

Entretien
I just passed the 1st interview have my second interview this wednesday im so nervous ! I really want this job but i want to get more familiar with the questions they ask. Any tips ? I tend to get super nervous and overshare
5 min phone interview if you pass that you go to an in person speed round interview with around 15 different tables. You are rated in a points system. They usually have like 20 openings but 200 people they interview.
