If you pass the online assessment, you’ll do a 5 min phone interview. They’ll let you know right away if you’ll be invited to do an in-person interview. They call the interview Fast Track because it’s like speed dating. 14 tables, 2 interviewers each, and 90 seconds to respond to a question. Most of the questions were situational questions. So just come prepared with examples and a good attitude.
