First there's a test (which I think is the same for all applicants regardless of the position), which takes about an hour and a half. Based on that, they decide who to interview. To be frank, I'm not sure what these people are up to. The job that was advertised was not an actual job title, they said. OK, whatever. The interview was fairly casual; pretty standard questions. They said I would hear back either way, but I never heard a peep from them again. So unprofessional.
