Can we get rid of Recruiters already?? Same generic interview process: What are you looking for in a company? Your current role now. Your trials and tribulations in previous roles..blah blah blah. Being rushed to answer these mundane questions are a waste of your and my time, also, waste of your company money..At the end the recruiter basically hanged up on me.
