There was a four-hour written test to be completed before getting to the interview stage. The interview lasted approximately 1 hour, asking about your interest in the role, your experiences and your knowledge on current affairs related to the role you applied to.

I was asked to introduce myself, as well as some questions regarding what I know about being a journalist. The interviewers were friendly and willing to share more about their day-to-day operations. Do note that if you are shortlisted, you will have to go through a second round of interview which involves a writing test.
