Very easy interview process, I was asked basic questions about my CV and application, nothing out of the ordinary for the job title. The interview was between myself and the shop manager.

informal and friendly, was more about finding out if you would stay for a long time and if you were community focused or not. The interview wasn't difficult and was mostly to find out if you fit in with the team or not
