I went through a 2 stage interview proccess. First was in a coffee shop to get a sense of the position. The second was more formal, and tested my understanding of "how things work"

Question 1
I remember questions about how I would deal with customer issues. I got the sense they really wanted to go above and beyond for thier customers. Always wanting to leave a positive impression. This was indeed the fact. Once I began working there you could see why it was important to find peaple who are willing and able to go the extra mile.
