I attended a meet & greet event, and I had the opportunity to speak with the HR representatives, hiring supervisors, project managers, and actual project employees. Great way to learn a lot about the company, the people and the culture.

Phone interview followed up by interview with the team members. Interview was mainly about your methodology and subject matter expertise. They may ask you to do a language test if you don't have existing test scores.
