They judge you based on OOP and so on. Make sure to practice best practices and fast coding. 4-Video interview. This one is long. know your technical theory, project history and be prepared for some brain teasers near the end too

It is a four stage interview process. You apply, do some coding challenges and have a meet and greet and then the third stage is a two hour coding technical interview again but this time it's more difficult and then after that you meet the seniors and that will be the final stage.
