Entretien
The interview was a pretty standard affair, anyone with customer service experience shouldn't have a problem. They sit you down and make you take a personality quiz at which point upon completion you are directed to a private room for a one on one interview. If this interview goes well then you will invited to a second interview where you will be free to ask any questions about the job you have.

Question 1
What makes you better then some of the other candidates?
Entretien
Met with a very nicely dressed guy that I later discovered was the CEO of SOLCOMM. Discussed a few things about the company and the products that they sell. He liked me and wanted to move forward with a second interview. I later declined the second interview given that it was purely commission-based and that I wouldn't be paid for the training.

Question 1
How do you feel about door-to-door sales and cold-calling leads?
Entretien
I had to do four interviews before I was hired in. The first interview was with the branch manager, after I took the personality test. Then the second interview was with SOLCOMM'S CEO. After that I had a third interview to discuss some of the things that they were concerned about (my low test scores on the personality test). My final interview I had to ask about 10 or so questions that I had about the company and was offered the position.
