I was referred to by a friend. I came in and dropped off my resume and they interviewed me on the spot. I was later called and told that I got the job. Easy going interview. There was a skills test they make you do before you interview. It's part of the application.

The interview was a general interview which was very easy. They would hire you if you had good communication skills. They ask the candidates to complete a general test including language, math, behavioral and general knowledge questions. Since there were many internationals working at the company, they carefully checked the legal eligibility to work in Canada.
