First interview was with HR and was a quick 20-30 minute behavioral interview. Afterwards was a 1 hour long behavioral and technical interview with the lead engineer. I was interviewed for a .NET position and I was asked questions about .NET and SQL. Mostly beginner level questions like the difference between interfaces and abstracts.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SML (Dallas, TX)
Entretien
I discussed previous projects and performed some technical challenges live on a laptop. Also discussed working on a team and some challenges I faced previous and how I dealt with them. Fairly standard interview stuff.
The problem was I was told by the recruiter that I was best candidate they interviewed for this position, but after relative silence for about a month after the interview I was told that they no longer wanted to hire and train a junior developer. Pretty unprofessional process.
