Applied through a recruiter, then the hiring manager from Germany flew into Detroit where I flew into for a face to face interview. It was known up front during a screen interview that I didn't have automotive experience but had the RFID experience. Hiring manager had changed his mind about the requirements and had no idea about how the position was setup. Totally ignorant as a manager.
